Ms. Lo is a proud Baldwin-Wallace University Conservatory graduate who majored in music education with an emphasis in vocal studies and string education. In addition to her Bachelor of Music Education, Ms. Lo received her Master of Arts in Education in Technology for Teaching and Learning from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2024. (Go, Yellow Jackets!) Ms. Lo completed her final level of Orff Schulwerk Teacher Training in June 2026 and is excited to become nationally certified as an Orff Schulwerk music teacher finally!

In 2011, Ms. Lo began her career in Mentor, teaching Level I, II, III, and IV Chinese language classes at Mentor High School. In 2012, she began her music teaching career as a K-5 General Music Teacher at Fairfax Elementary, and she taught middle school choirs at Shore Middle School from 2011 to 2014. Back in 2018, Ms. Lo also taught K-5 General Music at Ridge Elementary on Tuesdays. As of today, Ms. Lo is the director of Fairfax Children's Choir, Bellflower Children's Choir, and Pianica Ensembles. In addition to teaching at Fairfax, Ms. Lo taught Orchestra classes at Fairfax, Lake, and Sterling Morton Elementary, and co-taught 6th-grade Cadet Orchestras at Shore and Memorial Middle School until 2020.

 

Starting in August 2026, Ms. Lo will be focusing on sharing music with children at Bellflower Elementary and Orchard Hollow Elementary. What a privilege! Ms. Lo LOVES working with children and hopes to inspire many children to become lifelong music lovers and learners! ​
