Assignment Title(s): Chinese New Year Music Day

Since Chinese New Year (also called the Lunar New Year) is coming up, together, let's:

1. Hear the story behind the Chinese New Year by watching all four videos.

2. Practice our rhythm skills with some traditional Chinese music with all four videos.

3. Make a Chinese lantern, composer your own rhythm on the rhythm chart, and draw a lantern 

      , red envelope, or a lion dance dancer!

​   4. Try out a traditional Chinese fan dance or get up and move with some music

Once you finish your journey at today's Snow Day Workshop, turn in all of your work to the substitute teacher.
