Assignment Title(s): Chinese New Year Music Day

Since Chinese New Year (also called the Lunar New Year) is coming up, together, let's:

1. Hear about the Chinese New Year by watching the four videos.

2. Practice our rhythm skills with some traditional Chinese music with the two videos.

3. Make a coffee filter dumpling, a Chinese lantern, and a cut-and-paste rhythm chart.

4. Try out a traditional Chinese fan dance or get up and move with some music.

Once you finish your journey at today's Snow Day Workshop, turn in all of your work to the substitute teacher.
